How To Maximize Your Work-Out Program

Brad Pitt.
Paul Walker.
What do they have in common? Both actors, both blond, and both sport "the perfect male body". Your resolution to lose weight and get ripped is one month in. How do you look? More importantly, how do you "feel"? Are you where you thought you would be? If so, right on. If not, how do you make the most of your work-out program?

First step is to understand why we all want the "perfect male body". It's confidence. We grew up thinking that looking one way was the "right" way. Confidence is the reason we want to look ripped and chiseled. Ask anybody who has ever done ONE 20-minute routine. They'll tell you they feel great. Think about it; picture yourself in that "perfect" body. Now picture yourself around the pool. You'll gladly take your shirt off now!
Media tells us we have to look a certain way. Fact is, 95% of us don't. Therefore, we are brainwashed into having a low self-esteem. Motivation is a big one too. How many times have you started a program only to quit within the first month? If you're going to do this it's important to have results relatively quickly, and consistently. If you hit the ground running, you've just increased your chance at success exponentially.
