Has anyone used this herbal remedy for Erectile Dysfunction called Ikawe?

I'm working on my thesis which deals with the issue of treating the long-term effects of being molested in childhood. A case study of mine is a 30yo male who had been fiercely raped and molested when he was 15yo by his aunt's husband. Although he's straight(heterosexual), he has never been able to have intercourse with any women in his life, due to the erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation incurred as the result of the early sexual abuse. "Medication (Viagra, Cialis, etc.) and psycho-therapy could not solve this problem". Is there anyway he can be treated?
